Devices that have been purchased outside the EU are not supported.

To invoke the warranty a user must notify in writing and within 24 months from the date of purchase CD Media S.E - Service Department Nintendo regarding the device problem. The information that is required from the consumer/customer is the purchase date of the device and a readable copy of the purchase receipt, which clearly indicate the dealer and the buying date.

CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support does not provide in-game help Line.

CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support issues a Unique Ticket Number (RMA) for each case.

If the CD Media S.E - Nintendo Service Department determines that the device must be returned for inspection, the courrier is notified to pick up the device from the address specified by the customer within 5 working days.

The consumer has to send the device to the CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support within 25 working days.

Important notes

In cases that is proven that:

• misuse of the device by the consumer side
• repairs made from unauthorized technician
• use of software other than the Nintendo Operating Software, use of accessories or other elements for the product but not manufactured by Nintendo
• use of defective or damaged batteries
• modification, repair by a person or company other than Nintendo or authorized partners
• or cases where the damage has occurred by liquid is not covered by warranty

Also the warranty does not covers:

• loss of data or software due to memory or SD card format used with the product
• loss of any data loaded or stored on the product by a person or company other than Nintendo or authorized partners
• loss of data or other content due to deletion of the Nintendo Network ID registered or associated with the product

CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support will not accept devices which are not accompanied by the official service document, in which the Unique Ticket Number (RMA) is stated. Those cases will be returned to the customer in customer's expense.

We recommend the creation of a backup file and the deletion or removal of all the user data before the shipment to CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support. Depending on the repair nature, user data saved in the dfevice memory might be deleted and there is a possibility that the data on the SD might be corrupt or the restore to the device might be impossible.

Out of warranty devices

When a device is not covered by the guarantee the consumer has to pay the Minimum Service Cost as well as the cost of the spare parts that are needed for the repair. The consumer/ customer, has to confirm that cost in writing.

When the deposit is confirmed the consumer will receive a copy of the payment receipt. CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support will notify the courier to receive the device from the consumer/ client.

After the device check made by the CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support the consumer will be notified by email with the final cost of the repair (spare parts cost).

CD Media S.E Nintendo Customer Support will contact the repair of the device as soon as the consumer/ customer agrees in writing with the Repair Cost.

GARANTİ BELGESİ

28.11.2013 tarih ve 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı’nın 13/6/2014 tarih ve 29029 sayılı resmi gazetede yayımlanan yönetmelikler kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

GARANTİ ŞARTLARI:

1. Garanti süresi, malın teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve iki (2)Yıldır.
2. Malın bütün parçaları dahil olmak üzere tamamı firmamızın garantisi kapsamındadır.
3. Malın ayıplı olduğunun anlaşılması durumunda tüketici, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanunun 11 inci maddesinde yer alan; sözleşmeden dönme; satış bedelinden indirim isteme; ücretsiz onarılmasını isteme; satılanın ayıpsız bir misli ile değiştirilmesini isteme; haklarından birini kullanabilir.
4. Malın garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre garanti süresine eklenir. Malın tamir süresi 20 iş gününü geçemez. Bu süre, mala ilişkin arızanın servis istasyonuna, servis istasyonunun olmaması durumunda, malın satıcısı, bayii, acentası, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçısı-üreticisinden birine bildirim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Tüketicinin arıza bildirimini; telefon, faks, e-posta, iadeli taahhütlü mektup veya benzeri bir yolla yapması mümkündür. Ancak, uyuşmazlık halinde ispat yükümlülüğü tüketiciye aittir. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilmemesi halinde, imalatçı-üretici veya ithalatçı; malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere sahip başka bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır.
5. Malın garanti süresi içerisinde gerek malzeme ve işçilik, gerekse montaj hatalarından dolayı arızalanması halinde, işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamiri yapılacaktır.
6. Tüketicinin onarım hakkını kullanmasına rağmen malın;
Tüketiciye teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren, belirlenen garanti süresi içinde kalmak kaydıyla, bir yıl içerisinde; en az dört defa veya imalatçı-üretici ve/veya ithalatçı tarafından belirlenen garanti süresi içerisinde altıdan fazla arızalanmasının yanı sıra, bu arızaların maldan yararlanamamayı sürekli kılması,
Tamiri için gereken azami süresinin aşılması ,
Firmanın servis istasyonunun, servis istasyonunun mevcut olmaması halinde sırayla satıcısı, bayii, acentesi temsilciliği ithalatçısı veya imalatçı-üreticisinden birisinin düzenleyeceği raporla arızanın tamirini mümkün bulunmadığının belirlenmesi, durumlarında tüketici malın ücretsiz değiştirilmesini, bedel iadesi veya ayıp oranda bedel indirimi talep edebilir.
7. Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasından kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
8. Garanti Belgesi ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek sorunlar için Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğü’ne başvurabilir. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesine başvurulabilir.
Ürünümüzü tercih ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz. Satılan mala ilişkin olarak düzenlenen faturalar garanti belgesi yerine geçmez. Garanti belgeniz, satıcı yada bayii tarafından onaylanmalı.

Kullanım kılavuzuna uyulmaması sonucu üründe meydana gelen arızalar
Ürünün üzerinde değişiklik veya ilave yapılmasından kaynaklanan arızalar
Yetkili servislerin dışındaki şahısların ürünü açmaları, müdahale etmeleri ve orijinal olmayan yedek parça kullanmaları sonucu oluşan arızalar
Ürünün tüketiciye tesliminden sonra düşürme veya çarpmadan dolayı meydana gelen arızalar, dış yüzeylerin bozulması, çizilmesi

Policy concerning Minimum Appraisal Charges.

In case the warranty does not apply for the product (either due to termination of the warranty period or due to any reason rendering the warranty claim invalid as detailed herein under the “Manufacturer’s Warranty Exclusions - Nintendo Hardware” Section, such as inappropriate use), I hereby agree to the additional Appraisal Fee for out-of Warranty Repairs. The fee is set at 20 EURO, regardless of product type, as specified by CD Media S.E-Nintendo Consumer Support Department (Greece and Balkans)
